Persephone's Poison
1oz gin
1oz Aperol
1oz sweet vermouth
1oz lemon juice
club soda
Mix the gin, Aperol, sweet vermouth, and lemon juice
in a mixing tin. Add ice and shake hard. Strain into a tall
glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with
half a lemon wheel.
