Tacoma Armory RENTALS
Fred Roberson, a renowned local developer, and his family generously gave The Armory to Tacoma Arts Live in 2022, providing us an incredible gift of a permanent home. The Tacoma Armory offers a range of unique rental spaces, including a 20,000-square-foot parade floor, the intimate Eleanor Roosevelt Room, flexible studio spaces, and multiple office suites.
As a full-service performing arts organization, Tacoma Arts Live provides the expertise and support to host a wide variety of events—concerts, galas, expos, graduations, sporting events, weddings, markets, and more. Our well-equipped venues are designed to bring your vision to life.

Parade Floor – One of the largest indoor spaces available in Tacoma. The open space allows for flexibility that is unique in the Pacific Northwest. Ideal for festivals, conventions, sporting events, and other highly attended programs.

Eleanor Roosevelt Room – With exposed brick and hardwood floors, the room has a classic elegance befitting the historic location.
