Have you been holding onto a gift card for that perfect show? We’d love nothing more than for you to use it, but due to our receivership, you’ll need to submit a claim by November 16, 2026, to get your balance back
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO TACOMA ARTS LIVE AND TAL VENUES GIFT CARD HOLDERS
The Pierce County Superior Court has approved a Gift Card Claims Process in connection with the receivership of Tacoma Arts Live and TAL Venues (collectively, “Tacoma Arts Live”), pursuant to the Order Authorizing Gift Card Claim Process entered by Judge Susan Adams on September 25, 2026. Pursuant to that Order:
GIFT CARDS CAN NO LONGER BE USED OR REDEEMED
If you hold an unredeemed gift card issued by Tacoma Arts Live or TAL Venues LLC, whether you purchased it yourself or received it from someone else, this process applies to you.
To be eligible for any distribution on your gift card’s unused balance, you must submit a Gift Card Claim Form.
How to Submit a Claim
- Contact sdubey@cairncross.com to obtain a Gift Card Claim Form.
- Complete the form and provide all requested supporting information.
- Submit the completed form in accordance with the instructions provided, no later than the Claim Deadline.
Claim Deadline
All Gift Card Claim Forms must be received by the Receiver no later than:
November 16, 2026 (“Gift Card Bar Date”)
FAILURE TO SUBMIT A COMPLETED CLAIM FORM BY THE DEADLINE WILL PERMANENTLY BAR ANY CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE RELATED TO THE UNREDEEMED GIFT CARD.
