Join Vaquero Azul as we create Tin art. This workshop contains ancestral symbols of our Mesoamerican Culture.
There will be four templates to trace drawn by Vaquero Azul and sharpies to color to customize your piece.
Open to teens and adults. Young children must be accompanied by an adult for this craft.

Vaquero Azul (He/They)
Vaquero Azul is a Mexican and Puerto Rican, Boriken-Taíno, IndigeQueer, Illustrator and Sewist. Their work focuses on Trans Mexican Euforia and Mesoamerican joy. Vaquero builds spaces of serenity and emotional vulnerability by honoring our past Trancestors through Ofrendas all year long. They create empowerment for LGBTQ2IA+ voices within their workshops and culturally relevant presentations. He believes in a world where Trans, Two-Spirit & Dos Espíritus people are celebrated, loved, and left feeling proud of who they are as expressed in their body of art.
