Accessible Seating

  • All three theaters: Pantages, Rialto and Theatre on the Square are wheelchair accessible.
  • Each venue has access seats and ramps available.
  • The Pantages Theater balcony is accessible via the Jones Building elevator; the Rialto Theater does not have an elevator.
  • Please request accessible seating when ordering tickets.

Assisted listening Devices

  • Assisted listening devices are available by request at all three theaters: Pantages, Rialto and Theatre on the Square.

Bag Search Policy

  • To provide a safe and comfortable experience, we have a new bag policy: all bags are subject to search. Along with required bag searched, patrons may be requested to open their jackets or be checked with a metal detector prior to entering the venue. Tacoma Arts Live will not hold or be responsible for any prohibited items.
